  We possess back-office access to all Alliance member brands. Every claim is cross-referenced with server logs, transaction histories, and gameplay data to verify authenticity.

  Zero Tolerance for Abuse

  Any attempt to falsify claims, manipulate evidence, or exploit this protection policy will result in an immediate permanent ban across the entire Alliance network and legal action where applicable.

  Scope of Coverage

  Coverage applies strictly to legitimate player balances withheld without valid cause. It does not cover losses from normal gameplay, violations of brand terms (e.g., bonus abuse), or accounts flagged for fraudulent activity.

  Investigation Process

  Our independent security team conducts a thorough forensic audit of the reported incident. The decision of the Alliance Security Council is final and binding.

  Identity Verification

  Claimants must undergo enhanced KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Claims from unverified or multi-accounting users will be automatically rejected.

  Brand Closure Protocol

  In the event of a brand closure, Alliance members are mandated to provide a minimum 20-day notice period for players to withdraw their funds. Balances remaining after this notice period, provided the brand has adhered to this protocol, are not covered by the protection guarantee.
